Finding balance between being active and being relaxed is of great relevance to everyone’s life.
We usually don’t set aside any time to relax during our busy days and the only break we take is when we sleep. Yet, we often sleep too little and our sleep is neither sound nor deep, above all if our day is stressful.
In this society which is faster and faster and more and more stressed, learning how to relax is getting harder but it is necessary.
When you experience relaxation, you are taking care of yourself.
When you reach a state of deep relaxation you can:
- release physical and mental tension
- strengthen the immune system
- sleep better
- manage stress
- improve memory and learning skills
- become more productive
- strengthen intuition
- better sexual and emotional life
- develop inner strength and balance
- connect with your (inner)self and enter a journey of self growth
As a recap, it improves health and the quality of life.
In a Guided Relaxation session, you will experience a state of deep relaxation and wellbeing by simply following your guide’s voice. After a few sessions, you will be able to independently recreate the same sensations, every time you need it, because they will be impressed in your subconscious.
I use a method called Psycho Motivational Relaxation, which derives from a long research made by my teacher Massimo Gatto.
This method joins traditional relaxation methods, such as Yoga Nidra, Autogenic Training and Progressive Muscle Relaxation, with Hypnosis and NLP, and so it has positive results quickly.
