Pause and listen to your body:
– do you feel any tension?
– do heavy thoughts or emotions arise?
– are you carrying burdens on your shoulders?
– do you feel worried/anxious/scared?


If your answer to one or more of these questions was YES, then this is the right guided meditation for you.

In a little over 5 minutes you are going to discover lightness, reach a quiet state and go back to your centre.
